ADMINISTRATION
COO & Executive Assistant
BRITTNEY COLLINS
I was born in Noble County and have been a long time resident of Fort Wayne. I earned an undergraduate degree in international studies and theatre from Butler University in Indianapolis. I’ve pursued a masters in business administration from WGU. My drive to always do my best and stay motivated by mission has naturally presented opportunities to take on leadership roles. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy time with my family, exploring new places, hiking, or going to the lake. My husband, three children, and dog Petey stay busy with sporting events, entertaining friends, and lots of walks.
FINANCE & IT
BRIAN WALLACE
I am a graduate of IPFW and have worked at BBBS since 2015. I came to work at BBBS because I wanted to be a part of an organization that is making a difference in the community. I am from New Haven, a father of two and married to my high school sweetheart.
ELIZABETH HARRIS
I have been a hair stylist for 18 years and have owned my own salon for 11 of those years. Needing a change, I’m excited to become a part of BBBS in a bookkeeping role. In a way, I will be getting back to my roots, doing what I did prior to going to cosmetology school. In my spare time, I enjoy time with my two children, 21 and 24 years of age. I also love to refurbish furniture and any other projects that seem to challenge my creativity.
CHRIS HAGAR
I graduated college in 2021 with a double bachelor’s and have lived in Fort Wayne for most of my life, currently with my wonderful wife and kid. Technology, hardware, and software have always fascinated me, and I enjoy working on them from dusk 'til dawn (oh yea, I also have insomnia).
