CUSTOMER RELATIONS & ENROLLMENT
KAYLA WATKINS
I began working at BBBS at age 18 as I was inspired to give back to the agency because so much was given to me through the program. My Big showed me the true meaning of love through her constant support and encouragement. For that, I owe the agency as much as I can give.

They tell me I have one of the biggest smiles in the building, and I’m often who you see when you first come in the door. I have been with BBBS for 4 years and love the people I work with. I’m also the person who reaches out to you to help you get the process started in becoming a Big.
CINDY SCHREIBER
Graduating from college, I wanted a position working with youth in a positive manner. Over half of my life has been here at BBBS! I have four children – Hanna 21, Corey 13, Laini (the dog) 11, and Ellie (the other dog) age 21 months I love that I’m able to work for an agency with youth and volunteers.
JIM SAPP
Former line worker at International Harvester and priest for 20 years, I’ve worked at BBBS for 14 years interviewing potential Bigs and Littles. I am honored by the countless Bigs and Littles who have shared their life stories with me over the years and am grateful to help facilitate matches that enrich both.
MARY BROWN
Born and raised in Fort Wayne, and after graduating high school, I attended Ball State University earning my bachelors of science in sociology with a minor in psychology in 2009. Shortly after, I met my husband Dustin, who also attended BSU and was raised in Fort Wayne. We married in 2011 and have 3 crazy children together. We also have a dog, Stella as well as a cat Sassafras. I have served the foster care community for the last 7 years in helping in vetting, licensing, and training homes. Although, I do find time for myself meeting friends for dinner, reading, and volunteering on the school home and board association committee.
JOSH LOPEZ
