Big Brothers Big Sisters Announces Rebeca Riley as New Chief Operations Officer

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana welcomes Rebeca Riley as the agency’s new Chief Operations Officer.

As Chief Operations Officer, Rebeca Riley will strengthen the agency from within to maximize its impact in Northeast Indiana. She will take on her new position with a passion for getting involved and engaging the community.

“I am excited to join the BBBS team and be part of such a welcoming organization,” said Rebeca. “The dedication and passion of the staff and the stories they share highlight how powerful everyday relationships can be for kids. I am grateful to be part of this work and hope to make a meaningful impact.”

Rebeca earned her MBA and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, giving her unique insight into the populations BBBS serves. She has worked with children, adults, and families throughout her career, helping build programs that support families across the region.
