ENROLLMENT PROCESS
We want to make sure that you know exactly what you are getting into. The process from signing up to becoming a Big could take up to 8 weeks in total. This is because we take care to screen everyone who comes into our program and we want to find the best match possible that will last a lifetime.
1. INQUIRY
Submit your information to our agency and a staff member will contact you.
2. ORIENTATION
Learn the details of the program and complete the enrollment paperwork.
3. INTERVIEW
Meet together for us to better understand your personality so that we can determine your future Little.
4. SELECTION
You are ready to be Matched. Our agency staff will carefully select the perfect Little for you.
5. MEET
After we find a Little for you, we’ll set up a meeting to see if it’s a good fit.
6. MENTOR
Hang out with your Little twice a month for a few hours. Throughout the Match, we’ll keep in contact to ensure your match is on the path to success.
COMMUNITY BASED
Our traditional and most flexible mentoring program, we pair adult mentors with youth ages 6 to 13 under the commitment to see each other twice a month for a few hours. We hand-select every Match based on shared interests, geography, and personality.
Meets Twice a Month
The outings create opportunities for meaningful conversations about school, friends, and dreaming big.
Hang Out in the Community
Matches plan their own time together doing what they enjoy when it works best for them.
Long-Lasting Friendship
By just having a Big by their side, Littles are set on the right path to grow into mature teens and thriving young adults.
